Markets have been limited in ranges within the last few sessions and this pattern extended in Asia, together with risk property slightly lower and the US Dollar making little gains. Headlines out of Europe showed that instability in Spain (both with the private banks and inside the federal government) carries on define the nation’s monetary prospects however these stories only has a small effect on price activity during the european session. The EUR/USD dropped back beneath 1.30 and whilst many analysts have revised their 2012 forecasts lower for the pair, the market remains heavily short, that make it difficult for brief term trends to carry on.
